When we reflect on our surroundings we often find many things out of places. Or things which don’t feel right.
So my laptop is right where i need it. (Constantly working on it).
And this rubix cube? Isn’t it too scrambled?
That’s how our life feels sometimes. Every color is out of its place. But that is life. We just need to move and shuffle the layers until we get our desired result. Which in case of this Rubix is every color at its place.
But what about this handsfree?
What if i carefully make it like this..
Although it looks better this way. But the thing is, is it useful now? Is that how it is supposed to be? Keeping the handsfree just like this is useless to me. So it does not matter how i keep it. What matters is that i use it for its purpse.
Similar is the case with many things and events in life. Even though such things looks messy and tangled but what if they are supposed to be like that? In such cases we often give our best to make things beautiful and presentable but in doing so we often forget the true purpose of those things. In such cases we must focus on the outcome and purpose rather than just presentation.
Analysing your surrounding, understanding everything present in it, and doing your part to make things better. That is true Leadership.
